If it's Mikey, simply wait through the cutscene, then choose "sign cast" option before speaking to him. If it's Drew, interact with the pudding on the table, then speak with him. Now a "take" option will appear on the pudding. Choose that, then "take what's yours" to start a backtalk. Win that and a "sign cast" option will appear on Drew.
