cuz I can't find anything on doing this and I would really like to try my hand at it

The font seems to be a bit too high up on the screen.

Is this only possible to do with full fonts, I have a font i want to try to do this with but it only has english and russian if im not mistaken, at least by default. I dont see anything anywhere that states how to do this, thanks for your time.
