Description
Yet another Xenoblade Chronicles themed change. Replaces the loading bar with the party gauge slowly filling up.

It won't look exactly like the original because loadingbar_bg is placed on the top layer while the actual loading bar is below it. I had to settle for an outline on top and the blue bar below it.

I don't actually know if there's a way to change this behavior, and if there is I wouldn't know where to look. I don't really care that much to be honest.
