National Spirits

Description
Makes minor nations a little more unique with custom National Spirits. Historical ideology leaders have also been added, as well as more realistic ideological distributions in minor countries.

Do you ever wish those minor nations didn't play exactly the same? Well, I did too, so I did something about it. There are no custom focus trees, just the National Spirits to make playing one a little different from playing any other one.

Africa, the Caribbean, Central and South America, as well as West Asia have been completed. Asia, Europe and Oceania are in progress.

@hursitigit09 I'm super late to this, but progressing all the way through a minor nation's political tree (Regardless of idealogy) allows you to create a faction. Of course, getting people to join is it's own challenge

does it give alliances able? i want it so turkey can create alliances would be cool for turan etc
