Screen Clean Test - Effects Removal

Description
This is a merge from my previous removal mods. To get an accurate removal I edited only the vmt files. So, this mod will remove:

- Blood/mut splatters.
- Banding lens flare which cross walls.
- Adrenaline screen effect (all screenshots were taken using adrenaline. U can see it was removed at all)
- Melee, special infected, explosions (barrels, pipebomb) motion blur.
- Sun flare.

It's very noticable in Dead Center, but it also happened in the Mod Testing Area (TumTARA)
