(21.4 Update) Micronesia Games

The Micronesia Games are held every 4 years in Oceania and feature a senior football tournament.

This tournament often features individual island teams from within Oceanic nations, so I have created a semi-fictional version here with Micronesia, Guam, Kiribati and Northern Mariana Islands.
