This is English patch for Office Furniture mod JP(オフィス家具mod JP).
You also need JP version of this mod as base mod.

This mod adds furniture that you would expect found in an office, and also adds an element of publishing as a way to effectively use the paper that is often left over in More buildings.

I was going to ask permission from Stilldoll, the author of more buildings, but since I haven't heard anything from him, I decided to release it. Thank you very much for creating and releasing this wonderful mod.

△CAUTION!!△
・You need Stilldoll's "more building" as requierd mod. If you run the game without it, the game may crash.
・The price of the three research books will change slightly.

◆New buildings
・Office sofa
A black leather sofa you could find in an office.
It is modular, so it can be placed freely.

・Mobile Blackboard
A black leather sofa that looks like it belongs in an office.
There are five boards with customizable textures, and three additional boards with chroma key background that are useful for video editing.

・Picture frame
A picture frame for hanging on the wall.
5 round and square one, and two different sizes.

・Picture stand
A photo frame that could be placed on a desk.
There are 5 textures each for horizontal and vertical placement.

・Office chair
A chair that looks like it belongs in a company waiting room. Three different colors.

・Water server
You will be able to get water in a paper cup and drink it.

・Cup holder
Use it to remove one cup at a time from a pack of paper cups.

・Middle tower
You will be able to use floppy disks to create manuscripts for books and stock certificates.
The display can be customized. 5 types are included.

・Laptop
better performance than a middle tower.
In addition to customizing the screen, you can also customize the body by attaching stickers to the body, referring to the UV development diagram.5 customizable textures. A closed version and a version with a web camera are also included.

I don't know why but you can't place it on your desk, so please use the developer mode to place it.
Please note that if you are not doing the relevant research, you will not be able to use it as a PC, so it will just be an ornament.

・Printer scanner
You can print books and stock certificates using data created on your computer and paper for printing, or digitize books by scanning them.
Currently, there are five items that can be printed: books, ancient science books, engineering research , The Holy Flame, and stock certificates.
The only item that can be scanned is The Holy Flame (Cut).

The behavior of this machine is a bit suspicious when it is automated, but since I can't think of a solution, I'm releasing it as-is for now. If anyone has an idea how to solve this problem, please let me know.

・Cutting Workbench: The Holy Flame
A workbench for cutting The Holy Flame in preparation for scanning.

・Paper product workbench
A workbench for making paper cups and copy paper from the paper that is often left over.

・storage media workbench
A workbench for making various storage media such as FD.
Currently, it has no function other than to make blank floppy disks.

・Various storage
Some storage containers for various types of books, stock certificates, copy paper, etc.

・Screenshot Pack
Add items that can be placed as furniture.
Compatible with the Izakaya mod and Entomophagy mod I created.

◆New Items
・Blank floppy disk
These are blank floppy disks used to store data from books and stock certificates edited on a computer.
They are sold in trade goods stores and can also be made from electronic components at storage media workbenches.

・Data of Book
・Data of Ancient science book
・Data of Engneering reserch
・Data of The Holy Flame
・Data of Stock certificate

These are FDs with data for various printed products that can be created on a computer.
Each FD can print one book for research, 10 stock certificates, and 100 Holy Nation Bibles.

・Stock certificates
Paper stock certificates, which are no longer seen today. They can be priced at about 1,000cats each, so they are a way to make money.

・Copy paper
Paper for printing books.

・Securities paper
Paper used for printing securities.
Currently, it is used only for printing stock certificates.

・Pack of paper cups
A bunch of paper cups. You cannot use them as they are.
To use them, you need to set them in a cup holder and take them out one by one.

・Paper cup
A single paper cup. When you put a pack of paper cups in the cup holder, they come out.

・Cold water (1nu)
This is drinkable water that can be produced by a water server.
It has only 1nu , so it has no practical use. Kinda atmospheric item.

◆New Elements: Publishing Business
With this mod in place, you will be able to publish books.
The procedure for printing a book from data is as follows

1. Complete the necessary research. The research should be unlocked at technology level 3.
2. Process the wood from more buildings into paper.
3. Make copy paper at the paper products workbench.
4. Make a blank floppy disk at the storage media workbench.
5. Make FD with data from empty floppy disks on computer.
6. Print a book from the FD and copy paper in printer scanner.

You can skip steps 2 through 5 by purchasing materials at trading goods store or the scraphouse, but you cannot skip the research because the device cannot be used until you have completed the necessary research.

◆Additional Element: Digitization of Books
In order to mass-produce The Holy Flame using this mod, you need to cut the original book and then scan it with a Printer scanner to convert it into data. The procedure is as follows

1. Complete the necessary research. The research must be unlocked at Technology Level 3.
2. Cut The Holy Flame at the cutting workbench and make "The Holy Flame (Cut)".
3. Make the data of The Holy Flame from The Holy Flame (Cut) and empty FD at the printer scanner.
4. Use a printer scanner to mass produce The Holy Flame from a data of The Holy Flame and copy paper.

However, if they were found to have committed such an act in Holy Nation territory ... it would be a disaster.

◆How to customize textures
Edit and overwrite the texture in png format in
\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\233860\2431333714\building\mesh

If you need a template, you can use the file at the following location

I've also added a UV map for the laptop texture. You can use it as a guide for customizing your laptop with stickers and such.

Please be sure to back up any textures you create yourself, as they may be overwritten in future updates.

Aside from the glitches, I think this is a very unconventional and interesting mod.
