RCS fuel tanks are purely for refueling other ships. LF RCS thrusters are programmed for port/starboard/dorsal/ventral thrust. No fore/aft RCS thrusters, so take your time docking...

Cut throttle once you're clear of the launchpad and the SRBs can maintain TWR above 1 (otherwise you'll run out of fuel on your main lifting/orbital stage before the SRBs are done).
