Adds Mor Ardain from Xenoblade Chronicles 2 and Torna: The Golden Country as a civilization, led by Emperor Hugo Ardanach.

Trait: Geothermal Development:
Desert tiles grant +2 production when worked. Mines and quarries grant +1 science when worked. +10% great people generation in each city.

Unique Building: Blade Factory:
Replaces the Factory. Grants +4 production, +10% production, +2 science, +10% science. 3 specialist slots. Does not count toward adopting an ideology.

Unique Unit: Rez Driver:
Replaces the Musketman. 50% Bonus vs Mounted Units. Heals at a doubled rate. Starts with Shock 1 Promotion, granting +15% Combat Strength when fighting in open Terrain.
