Description

A mod for Stellaris (Paradox Game)

Adds both a building and a module slot to all outposts (un-upgraded starbases).
Nothing more, nothing less.

I can't get this to work. No slots appear. Do I need to put it somewhere special in the load list?

The mod should now work again for the foreseeable future!

At the moment this prevents star outpost from be constructed. It will say "system not within borders" even if it is an unclaimed system and you have the necessary requirements to claim it.
Tested it as a standalone mod in the 4.0 game update
