Xenoblade Chronicles 2 - Tantal led by Zeke von Genbu

Description
Adds Tantal from Xenoblade Chronicles 2 as a civilization, led by His Highness the Crown Prince Ozychlyrus Brounev Tantal, better known as Zeke von Genbu, Chaotic Bringer of Chaos, also known as Thunderbolt Zeke, and commonly referred to as the Zekenator.


Trait: Isolationist
50% reduction in enemy spy effectiveness. +30% Combat Strength for units fighting in friendly territory. Enemy land units must expend 1 extra movement per tile inside friendly territory (does not stack with Great Wall).

Unique Building: Theospiti Temple
Replaces the Temple. Grants +2 faith and +2 culture. Tundra tiles grant +1 faith when worked.

Unique Unit: Ether Accelerator
Replaces the Rocket Artillery. Has 1 additional range.

Side note, this is also true for the Mor Ardain and Gormott ones for me too.

I can't seem to get this mod to work properly. I've subscribed and everything, but it doesn't show up on the mods list in the game itself.
