Hummingbird 3

This is a VTOL vehicle resembling the Osprey or a Vertibird from fallout.

The Hummingbird is a multi-role aircraft that can land in both water and on land and is capable of carrying 6 passengers by default. It has a water cannon to fight small to moderate fires, the tank is rather small however the craft is easy to fill as you can simply float the craft in the water. The aircraft also has a magnet on a winch and so certain items may be slung underneath.

The Hummingbird has a top speed of around 65 ms-1 and a decent fuel load of about 1500L of gas.

Vehicle has a few other improvements I have added improving quality of life over my previous version.
