Description
Celestial is an upgraded version of Starlight that was secretly developed by the UNC Council of Foresight while Jun Jimin was sent on her mission.

A prototype was already available by the time of her return but there wasn't time for the Council to assign it to her.

Turrets:
Front: 2x Railgun
Secondary: 2x Light Particle Cannon
Side: 2x 38mm Explosive Cannon

Hull: ~70% rating
Speed: ~40% rating
