Xigbar Voice Pack (Legacy)

First mod I ever made for any game! I was suprised this hasn't been done yet considering Xigbar's slickback ponytail was in vanilla. Enjoy the snarky Freeshooter as an XCOM Operative.

-Over 90 Voicelines.
-Uses lines from KH II, BBS, 3D, and III.
-Radio effect applied.
-No references to Sora, Roxas, etc.
-R, for Reload.
