Description
This mod adds 3 high-tier units to Avelorn. Now you can rock the femme fatale army that you never knew you needed.

UNITS

Spears of Avelorn are a fast, but somewhat fragile unit that's great against large monsters or cav due to it's significant bonus vs large. Essentially fills the same role as Wardancer spears for the Wood elves. Redline and tech buffs from the Phoenix guard tree.

Avelorn Swordmaidens are less armored and less resilient than Swordmasters, but are faster, and have magical attacks. They recieve the same redline and tech buffs as Swordmasters of Hoeth.

Mage Initiates are a bit of an unorthodox unit. They act as support infantry and have magical auras that boost nearby friends and weaken nearby enemies. They also have two bound spells; Net of Amyntok and Shield of Thorns. They also have Greater Arcane Conduit to boost that magic for your wizards! In melee, they aren't super fragile, but they really won't do much damage either. Use them as a Mortis Engine, and you'll pretty much get the idea. Redline and techs from Swordmasters as well.

These units are only available for Alarielle at the moment, although if I get enough requests, I'm happy to make a version that gives them to all the High Elf factions. Once again, HERE is the version for all the high elves!
I'm still a noob modder, so feel free to leave balance suggestions or comments. They're appreciated, and probably needed!

Credits

This mod was inspired by ZYF's High Elf Female Warrior and a huge amount of credit goes to him, as I was inspired by his awesome work on the textures in particular. Unfortunately, that mod has been abandoned for years, and suffers a whole host of bugs, so think of this as a spiritual successor.

Also, you've probably heard of the C&C Modding Den if you're familiar with warhammer mod content, but their help is invaluable. Special thanks go to Cataph for his advice on unit cards (which looked truly horrendous in my first draft).

I LOVE that you tell what redline skills work for your units! So many modders don't include that information.

@Kiaterra12 It should be compatible with SFO, but it’s not really balanced for it. Feel free to make a submod if you’re so inclined!

Samarai, thank u for a good mod, especially for spearmaidens, in the first camp for alariel often used theam as support for initiates and archers!

Is there any chance you can keep their old stats of previous sequel? Sometime, having op unit scratch your itch as single player.
