Small water treatment plant

Description
A small water treatment plant to keep the water around your city clean :)
of course, this is for aesthetics and roleplaying purposes, as there's not such mechanic in-game.

I thought we would be able to control attributes when creating a mod such as radius and strength. I was able to edit a starting date from one mod. I'll have to look more closely once we get a good test branch update.

that would be useful. i haven't figured it myself neither. at first i though it was maintenance cost, but no, i have made buildings with 0 costs, or more realistic costs and the radius was still different but not controlled by that.

I have to figure out how to tell in building designer how far the radius is for benefits.

hm some of these benefits are map-wise benefits. I think environment gives an overall reduction, and +5health gives a % of citizen's health improvement. i'll have to open the game to check those numbers to be sure. will update the info tomorrow about those.

It might be a good idea if modders placed a little warning that their mods for maps with water only, only build on superflat maps just to reduce user frustration and confusion.

Sorry for my initial confusion on the intended function of this building, I associate treatment with sewage instead of water. What you made is what I call a water desalinization or purification plant and as that this building is properly modeled. Sorry for my initial gripe. Are the Nature, Environment and Health benefits local or map wide? You should take the same artwork and make a second mod named Sewage Treatment Plant that isn't an Aquatic Building and can be placed anywhere on any map, including superflat, and given some good map wide Pollution reduction and Health effects that would be appropriate to place with Technical buildings. Make two mods with one artwork project.

here we go again. Like i said on discord, the building works perfectly. and no, im not going to change it just so you can play on superflat maps. I made it for my coastal cities, and IRL, they are placed next to water. If you don't like it, don't use it. that's my philosophy.
the only changes i will make if needed, is if i see many users asking for the benefits to be changed for balance purposes. other than that, the design of the building will stay as it is.

Why make this an Aquatic building when it's just a phony water treatment plant? Can't place on superflat maps so rather frustrating and worthless! Yeah place next to a coast and pollute the water. Please fix to allow placement on superflat maps without water since this is a phony water treatment plant that has nothing to do with water!
