This is pretty awesome. You should know it's a repurposed vanilla warehouse called "Small Warehouse". It's a great option if you want to make it look like, say, a different company took over who won't use it as a warehouse. Like, the company took the "Small Warehouse" and repurposed it for something else. Like I said, it's pretty great

That's a specification of the game, not a bug. You should speak to the development team, not to me. Or you can use Mod's Enhanced District Services.

Surely you must be familiar with the fish factory bug in the game that many users have found in that the default is that fish trucks favor the factory last over exporting it or putting it in better fish warehousing!

In my environment, we receive fish from the fishing port without any problems, process them into products, and deliver them to commercial facilities.

If it processes the fish then it takes the fish from the extractors ie the fishing ships you don't process anything out of air! If this doesn't take the trucks from the fishing places then its just a useless prop. State it like it is please.
