Damage matches my normal Van Terminator, so... I think pretty similar to the turnbuckle powerbomb (I based it on one of the more high-damage corner moves, at any rate), it has a bleed probability of 35, and its critical type is finisher

Update: Fixed a small position error before the springboard

Update 2: Reworked the whole jump and the walk to the ropes, and did a little camera/shadow trickery to force the camera to follow the attacker instead of them just disappearing out of frame
