Allows ice over ponds to be broken with a pickaxe

Allows ice over ponds to be broken and harvested with a pickaxe.
Frogs and mosquitos won't spawn if it's winter. However, fish can still be caught.
It takes 3-6 hours for the pond to freeze over again.

i was enabling the fixed one only, and it crashed only a few min after entering winter no matter what i did. given the critical situation it will take a while to repeat the crash

IDK about this one works fine on my side. are you using the both versions or only one? also if you can send the log it would be easier to pinpoint the issue.

crashed at the beginning of winter, reported "function GetMapCollision()" as i remember
