Ghost for qualification

This overwrites Team Race mode as "qualification". It follows all the rules of Banger Race but car reset gosting remains 2h 40mins so you don't hit each other after one reset. Everyone can get their best laps then in one session without fear of hitting each other.

So remember to reset your car once and enjoy the no collision with other cars.

This also changes localization files so there's translation for "qualification".

To remove blinking ghosting, go in settings->gameplay->reset effect->no
