"custom weapons origins" checkbox in altpos builder links to same cvar as stock cw2, you can/should use CW 2.0 SWEPs/client/alternative origins instead (altpos builder is no longer part of INS2 swep pack and currently needs to be downloaded separately as legacy gmod addon from github)
