I actually like it, no joke. It's pretty funny to see a flying giant head heavy.
Also, most of the GMod addons are copied, bad or "like for achievement plz" so you can't really expect anyting good.

...Actually, that speaks more about the lack of standards of the folks who downloaded it than it does about any sort of quality this upload might have.
