The Mining Piglet Mk.3

Simple mining pig. Tried to make it as small as possible... so I guess it's more of a piglet.

In-cockpit status displays of weight limit in moon gravity, and cargo capacity available. Also an energy reserves meter (runs off two large batteries).

Has no reactor, but the connector allows for charge from base easily enough.

Can handle about a full load of the heavy ores on the moon. The limit gauge will warn you if you are hauling too much. Might want to avoid planets with this, only has IONs!

Toolbar 8 item: Toggles tossing stone out around the rear (with status display showing when its on). Creates a lot of small stone while drilling, so if you have item limits up out the roof, you will be swimming in a sea of stones.



Toolbar 7 item: Toggles ejecting all cargo on board (for when you may need it, or are hovering over a pit of Collectors).



If you are building this ship from a Projection block*, you will need to reboot the program block when you have completed welding all blocks in place on the projection. To do this, go into Control Panel, and select "Pig - Program". Then simply click the "Recompile" button and it should be good to go.

*Not needed if you spawn it directly into your world from F10.


Its not perfect, but its a useful little mining ship that we rely on in our survival server.
