You can always play with less players than there are spawns, so it shouldn't bother you to have 5 default spawns for each team.
Add deathmatch/armsrace spawns, it's gonna be great! (And disable random DM spawns with info_map_parameters)
Some of the outside area is a bit too plain, isn't it?
