Warmer Power Armour

Description
Changes the thermal protection value of Power Armors to be the same as Vac Suits. Basically makes Power Armour viable on very cold maps using XPatching instead of Def editing.

Hey, I get it, rimworld isnt realistic in some things. Just surprised at how many things people have not thought about or dont realize actually happens. Take air lock breaches or such in most movies....at earths gravity you would need a airlock breach with atmospheric pressure of I think it was 25 TIMES that of our own atmosphere here on earth....aka even with minor gravity our 1 atmos unit of air pressure you would barely notice the pull of the breach....unless you are in Zero G status....then you will as you would need to grab something to stop the pull, granted it would be that hard to hold on to stop it. >.> so sorry hollywood to ruin your shows.

Correct in realistic terms Rimworld isn't wholy realistic though.

Updated mod to 1.6 but changed stats from being super high to the same as Vac Suits which is still higher then base power armors.

Actually in most cases with greatly made tightly to the body armor (or near enough to a custom fit) fighting in it actually would cause you to over heat even in a blizzard. Heck a little THIN layer of some materials and you would be cooking in your own heat easy..... aka most suits would need a internal way of maintaining temperature of its wearer...aka power armor could survive in space which last I checked was 3 KELVIN....pretty dam cold technically.
If anything you would need the suits to survive the heat zones with cooling systems.

Thank you for this mod! I’m playing in an extremely cold area, where it can reach -90°C...
Why is it impossible to wear a jacket over armor in RimWorld?
Anyway, you saved me because fighting in a parka just wasn’t working...
The only downside is that I find it a bit too overpowered. I would have preferred it to be a separate item that requires additional cloth or fur during crafting.
A new item for each type of armor in the game, with a classic and winter version, would be really cool.

I don't see how since this edits the armor values and not performance? I also have no idea how to fix it?
