[VManip] Arctic's Night Vision

Description
"...we will never tolerate our security being threatened, nor stand idly by when our people have been killed. We will be relentless in defense of our citizens and our friends and allies. We will be true to the values that make us who we are. And on nights like this one, we can say to those families who have lost loved ones to Al-Qaeda’s terror: Justice has been done."
-- Barack Obama

A set of 5 VManip-based night vision goggles, + a pair of dapper shades.

Overview
BIND N ARC_VM_NVG
GET GOGGLES IN ENTITIES -> ARCTIC'S NIGHT VISION
SH_ARCTIC_NVG_LOSEGOGGLES 0 TO KEEP GOGGLES ON DEATH
Type the command "bind n arc_vm_nvg" in console to bind n (Substitute for a key of your choice) to toggle night vision.

Another of my two-day VManip addons. A spiritual successor to ACT3NVG and in a way, the RP binoculars addon. Finally, this is a night vision addon with physical goggles that has animations for equipping each of them as well as the ability to see other players wearing NVGs or shades. Bear in mind that as player models are so diverse, clipping is bound to happen. All testing was done on male_07. No citizens were harmed during the making of this mod.

Functionality is partly based on a color correction shader which amplifies ambient light, but goggles also include a subtle active emitter in order to function even in pitch black dark environments such as the gm_construct void.

While not essential, this mod has features that cooperate with ArcCW to produce a better experience.ArcCW can be downloaded here.

I suggest using Arctic's Radial Binds in order to control all your VManip addons at once.

It also works with Arctic's Combat Stims.

The Roster
RedForce QJ-8691: Cheap civilian-grade red night vision goggles. Decent FOV, but with terrible light bleed.
RRP: ~$500
Night Raider Mk. 6: Mid-tier cyan night vision goggles that offer medium FOV. Much better light bleed than the RedForce.
RRP: ~$10,000
Cyclops Full Color: Monocular full-color NOD. Picks up IR, amplifying light and producing an off-color image. However, it has very poor FOV.
RRP: ~$3000
Quadtube Pro: Green spec-ops night vision goggles. Exceptional field of view with crisp image.
RRP: ~$40,000
TIR-1 Thermal: Black and white thermal imaging viewer. Decent field of view, but picks up targets. Hard to see things that don't show up on thermals and that aren't well lit, however.
RRP: ~$15,000
Aviators: A dapper pair of UV-blocking sunglasses. Basically the opposite of night vision if you think about it.
RRP: ~$30

@ucreativething I think you should go to the key settings tab and reset them, or at least that's what I do. If anyone else knows another way, please let us know :physgun:
