Report a translation problem
Lvl 2 is strong, but the only way to hit it is if they're far, and chances are they can hit you out of it/are already at kill percent. Lvl 3 has too small of a hitbox, and often it doesn't register the input. If every option beats it, it should be easier to hit.
Range is decent, but its really hard to hit his moves reliably. The moves have high-reward, but having a moveset that's only low and slow with high-reward is a bit much. The range wouldn't matter much if he was fast, but he's not. The only way I was able to hit the enemy was Side-Special, so the entire game waters down to: Side-Special, Down-Special, repeat. Great idea, bad execution.
