gun trivia
>The HAVOC Rifle is currently the only weapon not present since the game's release that didn't get introduced at the start of a season.

>The VK47-flatline is based on to the kalashnikov (ak-74) family as its highly simular to the russian prototype of the korobov-tkb-022. -a gun that has it's magazine in the stock.

>The G7 Scout is the only weapon to have a rare reload animation, where the magazine is ejected out of the top.

>The G7 Scout is the only weapon to have its class changed, from sniper to assault rifle.

>The G7 Scout is the only assault rifle to reduce ADS speed to sniper levels. This was done to reinforce the idea that it's a marksman rifle, not an assault rifle.
>It was originally designated as the G2A6, making it more in line with the naming scheme of its Frontier War ancestors.

>The G7 Scout appearance is based on the real-life semi-automatic rifle Springfield Armory M1A SOCOM 16 fitted with a J. Allen Enterprises JAE-100 chassis.

>The Crimson Firedrake G7 Scout legendary skin sports the phrase "You Owe Me Awe" a nod to the 2002 thriller "Red Dragon" in which the main antagonist Francis Dolarhyde speaks to his victim Freddy Lounds before murdering him.

>the hemlock strikes a simular resemblence to the SCAR-H. as its make and model are the simular.

>The R-301 Carbine was the weapon used by ARES guards during the events of the Voidwalker cinematic.

>The R-301 Carbine's straight-bow trigger in many of the weapon skins visually resembles the CMC Triggers Flat Face drop-in trigger for the Remington 700, AR-15, and AK-47.

>The name is a reference to the .30-30 Winchester cartridge used by the Winchester Model 1894 rifle, of which the 30-30 Repeater's design is based on.

>The gun is one of only two guns in the game to reload one bullet at a time, the other one being the Mastiff Shotgun.

>Fuse has a unique “spinning” animation when he picks up the 30-30 Repeater; other legends will just chamber the bullet.

>the alternator has a hidden stock compartment as the butt-stock. it also was made for the injured or the nimble, as it was easy to load with one hand.

>the alternator had a nickname called the hachet- as pilots could "chop" militants down with relative ease.

>The Prowler is based on two "personal defense weapons" (PDWs) from real life: the FN P90 and the Magpul PDR-C. It also a homage to Seburo, Masamune Shirow's fictional arms manufacturer from Ghost in the Shell and Appleseed.

>The Prowler also bears a striking similarity to the MA5 series of assault rifles form the Halo universe; the triangular ammo counter and bull-pup frame are the most noticeable aspects that both weapons share. More so, the magazine size of the Prowler comes close to that of the current iteration of the MA5 series from Halo 5: Guardians; at 35 rounds and 36 rounds, respectively.

>The name stands for LaSTimosa ARmory Energy Machine Gun (L-STAR). but the model used in the Apex Games was made by Wonyeon Interstellar. This might explain the initial difference in behavior between the Titanfall 2 and Apex Legends' version of the L-STAR but with the rework of the weapon that came with Season 4.svg Season 4, they now function the same.

>As seen in the trailer, the original L-STAR was supposed to have a 60 round magazine, and it would have fired 30 shots before overheating. However, most likely due to game balance, the capacity of the mag at launch was reduced to 40, and it overheated after firing 21-22 shots.

>The Charge Rifle used in the Apex Games are manufactured by Vinson Dynamics. Notable changes from its Frontier War-era model include a smaller profile, more compact build, and a completely reworked firing system, shooting out a beam that rapidly increases in damage instead of charging for a single massive blast.

>In Titanfall, the Longbow DMR's model name was D-101, indicating its relation to the R-301 and its predecessors.

.The Sentinel is visible on the DUMMIEs back in Crypto's finisher "Drone Scan", when previewed in the Legends tab. This was a whole season before the gun was first unveiled. As said by community coordinator Jason Garza on Reddit, he messed up while capturing the finisher, and it shipped with the weapon showing. He also said, that he'd let the fans figure out what the weapon was.

>There is a non-functional Hop-Up slot on the Sentinel that was added on February 02, 2021. It is unknown why it exists, but it could be a bug.

EVA-8
>The EVA-8 was originally a pump-action shotgun with the drum mag being the upgrade.[1]
>The EVA-8 appearance is based on the real life AA-12

Mozambique Shotgun
>The gun has become a popular meme among the game's community, due to it being severely underpowered, and completely useless in the endgame, especially memeing the line Mozambique Here! uttered by all legends when pinged, but especially Lifeline, thanks to her rather unique accent. Even despite the inclusion of Hammerpoint Rounds, which massively buffed it, the meme is still popular to this day.
>Upon the beginning and end of April 1st 2020, the Mozambique obtained another massive buff; where the weapon magazine increased from 3 to 9, and the firing rate doubled to that of a purple shotgun bolt. The weapon drop was increased, and was littered around the battlefield as legendary weapon doing 30 - 58 per shot with no equipable hammer point attachment. As of the end of April 1st, the weapon reverted back to normal stats.
The name is likely a reference to the Mozambique drill: a close-quarters shooting technique involving shooting two lower body shots and one head-shot.

>The binary code on the Pal 9000 skin reads "Kill Pathfinder".
>The Peacekeeper's codename is "energy_shotgun" and it shoots blue projectiles like energy weapons. This is due to the Peacekeeper's shells actually being batteries. Despite this, it does not use Energy Ammo.svg Energy Ammo for gameplay reasons.

P2020
>Its predecessors, the P2011 and P2016, were references to the year development of Titanfall 1 started and Titanfall 2's release year respectively. Following the naming scheme, the P2020 was supposed to be the P2019 but was changed before release to its current name.
>When equipping a skin on the P2020, the P2020 label on the pistol slide is changed instead to P2019. This appears to be an oversight.

lore
G7 Scout
Reliability, brutal precision, and ease of maintenance made the G2A4 and G2A5 Battle Rifles a mainstay in Frontier colony arsenals, these are the tenets the G7 Scout seek to uphold. Manufactured by Lastimosa Armory, the G7 Scout is virtually indistinguishable mechanics-wise from its hallowed ancestors, still packing a semi-automatic punch at mid to long-range. The biggest change from the G2A5 was the frame being replaced from a milled tactical stock to a solid composite body intended to serve the role of a Scout Rifle.

R-301 Carbine
Manufactured by the Lastimosa Armory and commissioned by the IMC, the R-301 is the successor to the R-101 and R-201 rifles from the Frontier War. In the years after the Battle of Typhon, the IMC felt a need to improve on their very successful and reliable R-201 platform. High volumes of data collected from the R-201 and the R-201-A2's internal CPU's indicated that most mechanical failures were due to the rifle frame's exposure to extreme elements which caused misfires and the occasional feed mechanism malfunction. The internal components have been revised with a lighter and stronger composite as the external framework has been strengthened with a composite metallic weave to better compensate for overheating and structural integrity. The piston system was removed overall and the bolt cycling mechanism is completely controlled by the R-301's integrated AI. What you have with this new and improved platform is a reliable and accurate rifle with minimal maintenance and a larger caliber.

R-99
Originally designated and manufactured by the Lastimosa Armory as the R-97CN A3, the R-99 SMG was intended for use with the Frontier Colonial Navy, hence the "CN" classification. The Colonial Navy would often conduct Orbital Boarding Parties on hostile ships in high orbit or entering the atmosphere, so they needed a weapon platform that was compact and had the ability to spit lead downrange in low gravity or extremely confined areas such as cockpits or ship corridors.

M600 Spitfire
The M600 Spitfire Mk3 is a light machine gun manufactured by Jaewon Industries. Descended from the Frontier War-era Mk1 and Mk2, the design and operation of the Mk3 seems to be a mix of both of its ancestors, retaining the gas operated, rotating bolt locking mechanism of the Mk1 but using the light composite frame of the Mk2. Improvements to initial recoil and accuracy makes it a good weapon for sustained suppressive fire.

charge rifle
The Charge Rifle used in the Apex Games are manufactured by Vinson Dynamics. Notable changes from its Frontier War-era model include a smaller profile, more compact build, and a completely reworked firing system, shooting out a beam that rapidly increases in damage instead of charging for a single massive blast.

Sentinel ESR
The Sentinel ESR is a dual stage, electromagnetic actuated sniper rifle manufactured by Lastimosa Armory. Rounds are chambered through the rear bolt action receiver and fired with a traditional closed bolt pin. The round is then accelerated with a muzzle velocity of 5km/s through the EM Propulsion system. This delivers a projectile with highly destructive kinetic energy to defeat the immediate effects of bullet drop over distances of 2km. This gives the weapon more accessibility and a faster cycle time than the Kraber .50-Cal Sniper in exchange for a little less lethality.[1]

EVA-8 Auto
The EVA-8 Auto is a pump-action/automatic shotgun from the Frontier War designed for extra-vehicular activity and to operate in zero gravity environments. The weapon was developed from the ground up by Wonyeon Interstellar to provide the IMC Orbital Guard Raiding Parties (aka Shipwreckers) with devastating CQB firepower. The EVA-8 has also been widely used by the Frontier Militia and Badlands Pirates, often acquiring the weapons by raiding remote supply convoys to the Outer Colonies. It is now used in the Apex Games where legends in need of massive firepower during the first contact can look no further than the EVA-8.

P2020
The Hammond P2020, is a semi-automatic single-action small caliber pistol manufactured by Lastimosa Armory. This handgun features an integrated standoff device and a fully milled slide. It also has a fully integrated Taclight and LAM, along with varied functions for IR, LiDAR, or FLIR illumination. When dropping in hot and you need something more than your mitts, the P2020 will help you tap, rack, and bang to first place with the best Legends out there.
