Adds Winnie the Pooh into DST! He is a known supporter of both Hong Kong and the Uyghurs and LOVES making fun of dictators.

Custom dialog included. There are some functions I would like to add such as having honey be his favorite food and having him take less damage from bees. I could also always make some custom items like a baseball bat (if you know, you know) or a honeypot for honey storage, though I've never modded anything before so I'm new to all of this!
