History
1542: The Portuguese navigator Rodriguez discovers Brookton
1768: King Charles III of Spain orders the colonization of Brookton
1769-1823: Two monks Junipero Serra and Fermin Lasuen of the Catholic Church of St. Francis established 49 churches.
