Xenvakian Orb Fighter MK-2

The Orb Fighter MK-2 is a revised version of the tried and true Orb Fighter, although it is still mass produced. Its survivability has been improved, as well its compliment, capable of surviving the assaults of capital ships for a much longer period of time. This is thanks to the Xenvakian Empire's improvements on shield efficiency. Other improvements include the inclusion of plasma thrusters, replacing the hydrogen thrusters as a straight upgrade. Xenvakian Martial Protocol dictates that only constructs or persons with high G resistance be allowed to pilot these nimble beasts.

Despite its great improvements, the Xenvakian Empire's creed of modularity still seeps through to this machine, capable of using all 5 original attachments and 2 new models built to take advantage of the MK2's benefits.

The Orb Fighter MK2's compliment is as follows:
8 Gatling guns (linked system, known as Shredder when using Weapon Core)
2 Assault Cannons (linked and is able to stop fighters in their tracks and punctures capital ships)
1 Deflector shield system
1 Heavy armor layer
As for the attachments*:
1 Plasma turret platform
1 MCRN PDC platform
*These new modules include top and bottom turrets akin to the original turret platform
1 streak missile system (can be used for bombing)
1 Gatling Gun TDS (Turret Deployment System)
1 single warhead cluster (use momentum to bomb)
1 reloadable rocket system (for bombing)
1 deployable decoy
