Leader: Cecil Andrus, 26th and 28th Governor of Idaho

UA: "Gem of the Mountains"; Each plot that yields at least 4 of any yield produces +1 extra. Applies to Culture, Faith, Food, Gold, Production, and Science.

UB: Idaho Hydropower Facility; Increases the Production output river tile near this city. Slots for three Engineers. Consumes no Aluminum.

UI: Potato Farm; Adds a Farm with a Potato resource. Only Idaho may build it.

UR: Potatoes; Enjoy Idaho's signature export as a luxury resource providing +2 Food.
