A remake of gm_coastalcomplex adapted to TTT!

!!! == THIS MAP HAS RANDOM EVENTS == !!!

At random there are several events that can occur to spice up the gameplay, some of these can only happen once per round (every new round resets the event timer).

The random events that can occur are:

- Antlion swarm
- Headcrab shelling
- Combine Sniper
- Blockades in the sewer
- Train passes by
