Tech Wars 4v4

A 4v4 map where every player starts with a specific tech:
- the bottom player starts with a Workshop and is supposed to go missiles, there‘s even an extra missile spot
- the mid rear player starts with a Factory, but no storages and should get Lasers up as early as possible
- the mid front player already has an Upgrade Centre for early miniguns and AP snipers, they should consider upgrading their eco earlier to be able to tank later.
- the top player gets an Armoury for EMPs, Rockets, Flaks and Shotguns to support the others in map control, with some extra build area up top to place more weapons.

of course, everyone still has access to all the other techs too.
