Project Pendragon:
- Military Policy, available at Cold War
- +4 Science from Armories, Military Academies, and Hangars; -25 Gold from cities

World With No Boundaries:
- Dark Age Policy, available from the Atomic Era
- Spies operate at 2 levels higher for offensive operations and at 25% faster speed; -10 Favor per turn

Drone Warfare:
- Military Policy, available at Globalization
- +100% Production towards Atomic and Information Era aircraft; -50% EXP for all units

GR Sponsorship:
- Economic Policy, available at Venture Politics
- Requires Coporate Libertarianism government
- +2 Oil, Coal, Aluminum, and Uranium from all sources per turn

Neucom Sponsorship:
- Economic Policy, available at Optimization Imperative
- Requires Synthetic Technocracy government
- +4 Science, Culture, and Production from Universities and Research Labs

Universal Peace:
- Diplomatic Policy, available at Distributed Sovereignty
- Requires Digital Democracy government
- +4 Favor and Influence per turn
