The Fix
If you notice during the first level and/or hub area that certain things aren't quite looking right,

Like Miss Umu's and Tamako's badonkadongs going like this:

And when moving your character or camera, you're experiencing an earthquake level 10 on the Richter scale:

You might want to try this:

  • Open NVIDIA Control Panel
  • Manage 3D settings
  • Program settings (select fateextellalink)
  • Max Frame Rate to On and set a value over 60 FPS

(About the same for AMD's Control Panel)

Hmmm, still having trouble?
The few threads and forums I have found about this bug/glitch, people say having a certain program open in the background like your web browser or steam under the game helps the problem but the few comments all say it doesn't work. (also can't find the original thread about it). ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

You can also try and put the game into fullscreen in the options and having it locked to 60 FPS.
However that didn't work for me.

You also can try to change the boot_config file of the game with programming magic if you are a tech wizard.

For AMD users - try to turn on Radeon Anti-Lag or Enhanced Sync in Adrenalin, one of those should help

In case there are any AMD users here, I found out that turning "Radeon Enhanced Sync" on, will fix this issue too, but it will also make the card work extra hard, at least it did for me on my R9 290. Hope this will help someone.
