I was looking at some of the dlc costumes and it looks like all the the ones priced at $.29 aren't able to be purchased because they have no add to cart button, anyone know what's up with that?

I'm new to this series so I'm sure this is a silly question to the initiated, but I keep seeing that you customize a character you control... but not in-battle? They aren't playable? Are they just for running around a hub world or something?

It could have been such a great game, I swear. The gameplay improved greatly, the graphics and animations too, but the story seems to have been writen in half a day at much. Extella's story was so good, and the side stories were so well writen too, why did they have to ruin such a good setting....
