Cane Kiting

Description
Turn on the Kiting Mode by hitting K (default)

While on Kiting Mode:
-- If you are holding a Cane, it will equip automatically when you walk
-- If you are holding a weapon, it will equip automatically when you are close to your enemies holding attack button

For me this doesn't really work well switching to a weapon quickly, it feels a lot slower than when you swap to a cane to run. A good example of this would be versus terrorbeaks, you are able to land a hit then dodge, then a second hit, but this mod will 95% of the time stop your animation so you can't land the first hit and only after you dodge will you be able to get a hit in.

@Gleenus May I ask for Thulecite Club and Speedy Balloon to work with this mod? Sometimes I have bad luck and may not get the cane in the first winter. Anyway, thank you for making this excellent mod.
