Fixes an error in https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2222595684
and a changed payout, still gives ~1% for every 15 min, but does the payout every minute.

Is the income number fixed for every 15m or is it like:

1/15 = 0.0667% of your total each minute... where the 15th minute is a higher yield than the 1st?
