Change Log:
-Gawed does not start with subjects
-Lorent does not start with subjects
-Wex starting ruler is 5/5/6 and 5 years younger
-Wex starts with all of its land cored
-Jaddari starts with only 10% army professionalism
-Allying a country now only requires more than -150 relations, down from -25 relations

So jaddari is going to get wrecked most of the time rather than half the time, and Gawed and Lorent are going to wtfpwn every neighbor and up and comer. Likewise Wex is very likely to retain the empire which makes it more difficult for both wex's challengers and the wex/lorent alliance's enemies (ibevar/corvuria/gawed/corinite accord) from gaining strength. This is bad. Lorent and Gawed's gameplay is supposed to be largely the centralization of their area, not being highly centralized with the freedom to expand.
