Mcbiccies Map Brush and Toggleable Wall Tool

Description
This is a weapon based tool that returns the ID of any map func_brush or func_wall_toggle you shoot it at.

PRIMARY - Gets the ID and Type and Name of the Brush or Wall
SECONDARY - Disables Brushes and Toggleable walls
RELOAD - Restores Brushes and Toggleable walls (can be a little glitch prone with the latter)

I decided to make this for my own server to make my life easier developing but thought i may as well release it to the public. Please comment any issues you have with it !
