Monkey Cop [Improved]

Description
A modified version of the Monkey Cop to help fix the hit boxes, there are still some imperfections which I may tweak over time.

Thanks, all credit to the original creator of the model, I just went through, fixed up the hitbox and reposted. -- This version of the model is suitable for use on TTT/Death run etc servers.
