Russell Drip [REPLACEMENT]

Description
When playing Half-Life: Alyx, I felt like something was missing from fan-favorite character Russell. This mod will solve this problem by giving Russell garments more befitting of a man such as himself. Upon installing this addon he will now have loads of drip.
