Isaac Earned These Challenge

Description
It's more of a fun run!

This mod was created for afterbirth + with no mods on. I can't guarantee things will run correctly with other mods on. Nor can I guarantee the difficulty won't be easier / harder with other mods on. Theoretically, this challenge should work properly with any mod (assuming the mod doesn't replace the starting items / character)

Generic "<character> Earned These" rules:

The character starts with any item they earned (for themselves or FOR other characters) through playing the game.

Any item the character got from a different character, challenge, donation machine, etc., will be removed.

All earned trinkets will be gulped.

If your character earned 2 activated items, they start with the school bag and both items equipped

If your character earned 3 or more activated items, they start with the school bag, 2 of those items equipped, and the rest spawned into the starting room.

All characters will be going to Mega Satan on hard mode (through Sheol, all rooms enabled).
