[WotC] Scanning Protocol Fix

Description
Features
Scanning Protocol Fix fixes the highlighted effect of Scanning Protocol and Battlescanners still being applied even if you can see the enemy. Scanning Protocol will no longer fill the battlefield with ugly red blobs!

They now work like the Reaper's Target Definition: enemies will be highlighted if your soldiers can't see them, and will appear normally if they can.

This has a side effect of changing the highlight from red to yellow, but I think that's an improvement personally.

Requirements
None!

Compatibility
This mod uses a Mod Class Override for X2Effect_ScanningProtocol, and will be incompatible with any mod that overrides the same class.

I also use another mod "[WOTC] Holographic Scanning". i dont think this mod affect your mod but just FYI.

Also for some reasons when the faceless is revealed through scanning protocol ability, it is highlighted in blue instead of yellow color like all other enemies. Hope you can take a look at this too.

Hopefully you can find time to fix these 2 bugs. much appreciated.

hello I would like to report a bug. If you use "Scanning Protocol" and reveal a faceless (force it to change from human to its monster form), this faceless unit still remain highlighted even though all your soldiers can see them.

Ditto here, thank you very much for the update. "Clean" mods are always appreciated in my book.

If you can be bothered, please remove the X2DLCInfo from this mod. It serves no purpose and has a tiny impact on performance.

Just finished a campaign with about 685 mods, this one included, and had no major issues! Thanks for putting this up.
