Description
Reverts the game aesthetically and gameplay wise back to 2009, mixing in parts of the 2010 Xmas and Heavy Metal updates.

First Time Setup
To create KFRollback.ini, either run the mutator once or, create the file with your fav text editor and add the following lines:

[KFRollback.KFRMutator]
PerkLevel=0
enableKatana=False
enableAK=False

Compatiblity
This mutator has its own perk and trader system so don't use it with mutators like ServerPerks.

@Deepblue888 Hrm, I think I will add 3 separate muts later for making the game exactly, or as close as, the game was back in 2009 release, heavy metal, and levelup.
