Description
The Farmer from Harvest Moon "Friends of Mineral Town" and "Back to Nature" farms his way to Rivals of Aether!

Unique Moves:

-Fspceial: Uses the hoe to dig and collect 2 items (only if used on ground).
-Nspecial: Throws (or eats in the case of Berries) the items while moving the cursor to the next rucksack slot.
-Dspecial: Moves the cursor across the rucksack for faster navigation.
-Taunt: Clears the rucksack.
-Uspecial: Uses the Teleport Stone (from FoMT) to travel a certain distance while being invincible.
-Fstrong and Dstrong: Both have 5 different stages of charging in which the damage and knockback are increased greatly in each level.

Possible Items:
There is a total of 40 items that can be dug from the ground. A lot of them (like crops and animal products) only have minimal changes in their properties, yet there are special items:

*Blue Feather: Stuns the opponent for a relatively large time.
*Poison Mushroom: Applies 4 stacks of poison to the opponent.
*Red Power Berry: Restores your health by 25.
*Blue Power Berry: Increases the charge speed significantly for Fstrong and Dstrong.
*Kitchen Tools: Cause burn.
*All Gems: Have double the knockback of any other item.

(Note that each stock starts with a predetermined set of items)

The Harvest Moon franchise deserves more exposure (hopefully they start making better games). Now with the recent release of Story of Seasons Friends of Mineral Town and the increasing popularity of Stardew Valley, I thought this might be a small appreciation letter to this genre.

Small details (like in parrying) were added in designing the character to stay true to the source material. All the sprites and sounds used belongs to Natsume.

I think canonically his name is "Jack." I'll check this out later though, looks nice!

I'm glad you liked it. I can see your point regarding the name and totally agree. I'll most probably change it to Farmer. Thanks for the suggestion.

Cool character with an interesting moveset. I like the idea of using the pickaxe to "mine" for items.

This is a smaller kind of gripe but I kinda wish he was just called "Farmer" or "The Farmer" though. (like how the MC of Animal Crossing is called "Villager" and not "Animal Crossing Villager") Harvest Moon Farmer is kind of a mouthful....
