*MODIFIES CHECKSUM, NOT ACHIEVEMENT COMPATIBLE*

Changes sultanate of rum coa to look similar to the seljuk dynasty coa but inverse colours. Also changes map colour to same colour from EU4

Not sure why the double eagle used for sultanate of rum is one of the european ones rather than the islamic double headed eagle used for the seljuks. Anyway, this is far more appropriate given that the sultanate of rum is also known as the Rum Seljuk sultanate
