Hostage

Description
Play as the Hostage! Three loadouts, three outfits, 90 hitpoints and a dream.

Rescue: Start with all the tools you need to rescue any hostage (and spells to heal people you meet along the way).
Artifacts: Rescue Badge and Merit Badge.

Evil: Start with the poison tools of the evil hostages (and ways to gain power by slaying your fellow hostages).
Artifacts: Soul Food and Blood Money.

Danger: Start with four powerful spells (and try not to hit yourself).
Artifacts: Speed Loader and Pocket Sand.

I beat Pacifist with the Hostage, and it said afterward that I unlocked one of the outfits, but they were still unavailable on a new game?

To unlock the outfits you have to beat pacifist and genocide respectively as the character. It's the same for all mod characters that have alternate outfits.

How do you unlock the outfits? Mine are locked by default.
