Radar for Mid-Size Vessels and Craft

Description
A small radar station to be mounted inside boats, planes, or outposts. Has a 3x5 monitor, and can scan between 100 and 5000 meters on the screen. Differentiates altitudes of targets with colors. Can modulate scan speed and scan width. Touch screen for radar power with on-screen system battery level.

Still a WIP technically, as I keep coming back to it. I want to add something for signal strength and minimum mass, but the script is already pretty long. Let me know what you think.
